US$9,000.00 Mainland Sims: When will you cap prices on land sales?

I saw a quarter sim for US$2,250.00 {L$600,000}. I believe it was right on par for what land is supposedly selling for, now - L$40/m^2. If you multiply that by four, you get US$9,000.00.

Now we can conclude one of two things from this. Either private land sale prices have gone through the roof, or ...

Private Islands are still severely underpriced.

I want to know when you will cap the land prices to prevent this kind of robbery, or, barring that, when you plan on bringing up the cost of a Private Island to US$13,500.00 since that's the "Fair Market Value" of a Private Island given it has "Added Value Services" that the US$9,000.00 Mainland Sims do not.
