I am not getting my password reset email. The email address is correct and I was getting IM notifications via email early this morning. Can you please look into why my emails are not coming to me. I have sent several support emails with no answers. My account was ok as of 1:30 AM CST this morning, thats when I got my last email from in world.

Alan, please be sure to check all of your folders, sometimes support emails are put into the SPAM folder by mistake. Also, the web team has been working to add additional options for resetting your password on the website. These changes are especially helpful if you a) don’t have access to the email address on file with us (or the address doesn’t exist), or b) can’t remember the answer to your security question.
