Hello!

A little time ago i just wanted to relog from an existing game and was confronted with the same situation mentioned before.

I do understand the way, you Lindens decided to act, but i don't understand how to answer a security question, that i never set up.

Being asked for my favourite vacation spot, i stand here without an answer, because i didn't provide one, when i set up the account.

How do we deal with this now?
I sent you an e-mail as well, knowing that you're kneedeep in customer mail now, and i hope setting up a new account won't be the only answer.

In the relatively short time (3 weeks) being ingame i have made very precoius acquaintances and yes, even as a free customer i put some money into my avatar. i hope this wont be lost.

Sincerely yours

Ergo, the three-headed Monster.

Beginning Monday, September 11, we'll take calls and help people who don't have a security question or can't remember the answer set up a new password. We are implementing another way to allow the support representatives to validate the account. If we can do it sooner than Monday, we'll make an announcement.
