i was seriously thinking the same thing...many people with shops or casinos are losing money as we speak, myself included. not only is it an immediate loss since no one can get in world currently. it also carries an intrinsic loss that one cant calculate. that of people who say bunk it, and dont try to login again until tommorow and those that possibly choose to leave sl all together. does LL not consider this important enough to address. i remeber one time when there were service issues LL gave us all a bloo jet pack...whoopie!!!! i think some Linden$ compensation or tier discount for the month for us premium members is not out of order. i'm sorry about the timing of the incidents too, but at the same time im paying for someone to insure that these type occurences are minimal. the last 3 day we are batting 1000%!!!

Point taken and we don't want you to leave, roger--anyhoo, Second Life is open for entry again! Logins are slow, I'll emphasize, but best wishes on coming back.

We do have a clause in the terms of service that refunds people when downtime has been excessive.

I know the last couple of days have been difficult -- believe me, we are making sure that the authorities know who attacked the grid.
