Are usernames case-sensitive?

That is... the name "Ina Centaur" has already been registered by me, but can someone imposter as me by registering as "ina Centaur" (with lowercase "i" or any of the possible lowercase variations like "iNa Centaur" or "iNA Centaur";)?

No they aren't case sensitive. No one can register the same name as you.
