As Pathfinder Linden said in other posts.. "We'll be able to help you over the support phone line on Monday Sept 11."
According to the SL website, phone hours are "9am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday".. for Western Australia as an example, that's midnight - 9am. Since they're a full day ahead this makes Tuesday at midnight the earliest they can call. Are there plans to extend support to handle 24/7 support next week to handle this crisis for non-US residents who may not have time before going to work Tuesday?
Also related, are there plans to increase phone support outside of this issue as well since SL is trying to cater to audiences outside of the US and is there a timeframe on it?
