I'm sure you're working very hard to get this mess resolved quickly, but I just want to point out another associated issue that might prevent honest people from gaining access to thier accounts. This has affected at least one of my accounts.
I have a few Alt accounts (with matching full payment info listed) that don't have updated email forwarding because I recently changed service providers. I use precautions of my own to eliminate SPAM and I was not expecting to rely on those emails to gain access to those Alt accounts. Can LL reset the email addresses to the same one associated with this account name (Namssor Daguerre), or do I have to wait till Monday for an alternate solution? I can manage just fine with that one issue fixed and proceed with entering the answers to my security questions.
