According to my Account Transactions, my parcel directory fee was charged twice today - once at 2:26 am and again at 7:36 pm. If it happened to me, it probably happened to others, as well. I suppose this might be part of the stipend wackiness others have experienced today, but I thought I would mention it here in case you weren't yet aware of this glitch.

Parcel Directory Fee AND Group Liability

Just chiming win the with double charging of the Parcel Directory Fee. But also, I was double charged for Group Liability as well.

The Parcel Directory Fee was charged once at 2006-08-22 02:26:49 and once at 2006-08-22 19:37:00.

The Group Liability was charged once at 2006-08-22 02:34:44 and again at 2006-08-23 02:58:16.

I know there were two threads about the Parcel Directory Fee already, but I wanted to mention this about the Group Liability too so that both residents and LL understand that this may be more widespread than just land owners. What should residents do to get the second charges refunded to them?

Adding to Beryl's post, all my group liabilities were charged yesterday (Tuesday, August 22) and today so I've been double billed and suspect that everybody else has too.

Group Liability Double Charged 8/22, 8/23

Why are we being double billed for our group liability charges? I was billed for 7 different group liability charges on 8/22 and then again on 8/23 for the exact same 7, plus 3 more for a total of 10 charges on 8/23.

What is going on here?

Double billing goes back to July...maybe farther

But since I can't download beyond the 24th of July, and it's not something I do regularly (will be now), I can see it happened in July too. Anyone downloads regularly see it happening beyond July?

Yeppers, this week I too got double charged for the directory fee. I've bug reported it, but figured I'd toss my hat into this ring too, as I've not heard anything back on it.

We're currently investigating this "double billing"--Warren Linden gave me a heads-up. As soon as we have more info, it'll be posted on the Official Linden Blog. Apologies for the confusion.
