Not at all sublime to the frankly ridiculous!

I submitted a bug report over the weekend, and then when trying to log in yesterday after the update at the fourth time of prompting posted my crash log to support as requested on the popup SL threw.

I know I've asked for better responses to bug reports but the outcome to this was ridiculous.

I had two emails from each of two different people telling me not to panic, things are often slow after a major update (a quick look at my brithdate might have told you I know that, actually reading the email where I said an alt had logged in quickly and easily might have suggested that I wasn't panicking for the sake of it) so that's 4 email responses per bug report, impressive, especially when they were identical - clear cut and paste.

The think that sparked me to write here, however, was when I got the same cut and paste response to a bug report submitted several DAYS before the update. How does updating to 1.9 make a script bug in 1.8.x happen pray?

I do appreciate things are hectic after a major update - and I'd just like to say after all this that I like 1.9 so far - the ultra-fast tps are wonderful! - but your support systems need to be looked at - one email saying don't panic we'll look at it would be OK 4 to the relevant report - OTT, the one to the older report - not really acceptable guys.

I apologize for the lack in synchronization about this, Eloise. Also thank you very much for sending me your bug report # earlier, I will make sure it gets to the right Lindens. As you already know by now, the issues of offline received IMs not showing up upon login has affected many more than just you. We're on it!
