People appear to be selling islands for upwards of $2500 now.

The daily trading limit for regular users is $2500 - and that's the monthly upper limit too.

Will you be increasing the lower tiers to accommodate this price hike - or taking action to reduce these outrageously high land prices? It's not 'free market', its clear manipulation all over, right from the full island down to the 512 sq m plot and the first land scam.

Quite why someone would want to buy an undeveloped, no traffic, default island for almost $800 more than you can buy a new one direct from Linden Lab is beyond my understanding. Can your collective intelligence suggest anything?

I don't believe that stepping in and trying to regulate pricing is likely something we would want to do. Although changing the tier limits in respect to the island price increase could be of reasonable benefit and I'll definitely make the suggestion on your behalf.

As to why someone would pay $800 more than they had to for something...I don't know, do they work for the government?
