In 1.12, with the changes to private islands/estates such as Covenants and 'resell' permissions, will it be possible to : 1) Have parcels for sale on private islands listed in 'land sales'? 2) Will parcels be able to be bought and owned by an individual, or will we it still only be possible to have them owned by a group? 3) Will there be some way of marking parcels as 'for sale' in such a way that people wanting to buy can click somewhere to get information about them, without being able to take ownership of the land? I ask this because I sell land on a private island and whilst I'd like people to be able to right-click and select 'buy', I'd like them to be able to do this only after agreeing to abide by the Covenant - I don't want people to buy the land without reading the Covenant, and this is what I suspect will happen if I set the land as for sale and listed in find -> land sales. Also, thank you to whoever coded Covenants and resell permissions for land on private estates, it will make my life a LOT easier

I'm asking Tess Linden, who coded this, for clarification on these.

1) Yes, parcels for sale on private islands will be listed on 'land sales'.
2) Parcels will be able to be bought by individuals, and can only be deeded to group if land resell is enabled on that estate. But, all of the terms for these "leasers" will be set by the estate owner within the estate covenant, which the buyer must have agreed to before buying
3) Yes! This is exactly what the Covenant changes will do. If a covenant is set for that estate, upon clicking "Buy...", the buyer must click on a checkbox to agree to the covenant in order to proceed with the transaction.
