Just tried to recover an alt using the new form with Konqueror on Linux, gave it 3 correct friends names, tried a couple of times, it seemed to ignore my entries and now I have to call support on monday.

I'm sorry you were unable to reset your password with the new method, we have been continuing to refine it throughout the day to make it as easy to use as possible. On Monday, we will have Lindens ready to answer the phones to help everyone who was not able to use the web site to update their password.
