We have a feature voting tool , but presently we aren't getting new features because the staff's person-hours are being directed toward bug fixing.
Should we perhaps instead have a "Which Bug To Fix First" selection tool?
It could just allow one to allocate ten votes among the existing bugs, or more if people felt ten was not enough.

Good news is, even as Development focuses on Second Life's stability and performance, we're getting new features. After the monolithic new Groups system, which fulfilled numerous Resident proposals in the FVT, currently, additions are being made to the Resident Experience -- specifically little tweaks that make a big difference. A lot of these have been around a *long* time so they are getting fixed as soon as possible. Details can of course be found in Release Notes such as: http://blog.secondlife.com/2006/09/26/second-life-11221-now-on-the-beta-test-grid/(and I note how often rolling update ameliorations have been asked for!) Look for more on the horizon, including long-vaunted Instant Messaging improvements. In the future, a more public-facing tool for features and bugs that Residents can participate in is wanted a lot.
