Missing Items

I for one would like to know why I never recieved my playground swing set back in to my inventory when I reported a bug lets see here 2 updates ago * puzzled*

Are you all that too buzy having coffee and donuts to replace the lost items that keep coming up missing in my inventory or on the ground we I put it, when there is a update and I have to download once again . I come in to find just another item either missing in my inventory or on our land.

I know for a fact I can't post anything on the BLOG and I really don't give a rats @ss either . but come on now , I have reported many bugs report, called LINDEN LABS MANY TIMES reporting what was missing.

All I get is we are working on it , well you have worked on 2 updates since my stuff went missing and I still HAVEN'T GOT IT BACK...

You know I might not be like most here rich in real life to keep buying in Linden Dollars to buy things .. What I have is very low and when I buy something and it goes on your server and comes up missing because of your fault , You could at least if can't find it reinverse the linden dollars that cost me to buy the item.

not seat back in your easy chair at work and forget about issues, reports, and many other things , thinking that us members will say oh well just another thing lost , well i'm not like most here and I will keep asking for my stuff back till it shows back up in my inventory or lost and found folder...

So where is my dulex playground swing set LINDEN LABS that I put on my husband and my ISLAND in satin ????????

I'm terribly sorry that you have experienced inventory loss. In many cases it's not possible for items to be restored, and because QA is constantly under heavy loads working to resolve issues such as yours and to diagnose problems, bug reports do not generate personal responses. In the case of inventory loss, it's recommended that your bug report indicate the name of the item, the name of the sim and/or parcel it was rezzed and a rough estimate of the time it went missing. If a QA Linden can help, they certainly will. When that's not possible, we appoligize for your frustration.
