2 emails to billing, 1 email to concierge, ~10 days waiting for Lindex payment

Great..... just great.

I am fuming that Linden Lab is ditching their customer support department.

I made a large USD withdrawal from Lindex around 10 days ago because of a family emergency. On paper it said I need to wait 5 days for processing. So ok I thought that would do for my emergency.

Guess not.

I have sent 2 emails to billing asking for clarification on the issue, and even went to concierge to ask. None of them answered me.

As a paying customer, I need an answer.... NOW.

Kavai, I'm sorry you're still waiting for your payment. I've forwarded your post to the person who handles payouts so it can be taken care of on Monday, if it hasn't already.

I checked on this request and it should be processed shortly. Please note that the processing is 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday not including holidays. This past week was the Thanksgiving Holiday. At this time we are within the 5 business day window.
