Island Owners: Premium or not Premium?

I'm not Robin, but I'll go in for the tie-breaker. You do not need a Premium account in order to be an Island owner, unless you want to own other land as well. So if you only want to own the island, you don't need to pay the extra $9.95 a month on top of the monthly estate fee.
