Unstable Sim and I'm a bit tired of it

Is there a reason for a sim to be consistently unstable. FPS bounce all over the board. Crashes on a regular basis. Lag is insane. We have to request resets daily sometimes more than once. Things take forever to rez. Walking is a chore. This is intolerable and inexcusable. We've owned land here since the sim was introduced in July 04. The last six months (maybe longer) this sim has gone downhill. I run a business here and we have a Popular Saloon. Please dont tell me that when you have X amount of residents here the sim will lag. This happens when I'm the only one here as much as when we have 40 here. It's not a consistent thing that you'd blame on high traffic. The only thing consistent is that I can expect it to be lageed, low FPS and crash. I've IMd live help nearly daily. Lindens have come to check things and give suggestions, all of which I follow and nothing helps. We could pick up and move, but why should we? I own over half this sim. I dont want to relocate as was suggested to me by one Linden. Another said there is a problem with Milu they're aware of it. So why not fix it? The statement made was that each hour the sims back up and Milu has a hard time coming back from this backup. While I have no real understanding of what this really means in how it would be fixed, I don't feel I'm out of my rights in asking that the changes be made to fix it. I'm beyond tired of this issue and I would like to see something done and soon. I've just waited 12 minutes in Live Help for someone to finally answer me AFTER I made a snarky comment "[23:16] Tami McCoy: Is there someone who can check Milu please. The FPS are bouncing all over again
[23:28] Tami McCoy: So that would be a no then? Really this is just a bad situation. I'm looking forward to something positive to be done with this region. Thank you

Hiya Tami! Unfortunately this isn't the best place to ask for the reasons explained here:

/invalid_link.html

I checked my issue tracker, and indeed, you asked Harmony Linden about the situation. I don't see a resolution to this issue, so we do want to help.

I'm hoping to come by and have a look later today. I am aware that this may not be region-specific but as part of broader simulator issues we're looking at. Just my stabby guess at the moment--in any case I will followup personally with you.
