Contacting Content creators over freebies being resold harassment?

So, if person A resells freebies made by person B, telling person B about it so they can file DMCA or act otherwise, I'm harassing person A?

To clarify,

There is nothing wrong with contacting a creator to inform them someone is reselling thier items. What I was referring to was your organized efforts which may or may not be seen by the team reviewing abuse reports as constituting harassment. I was trying to give you friendly advice against doing something that may find you in violation of TOS while attempting to keep the peace.
