I must call to resolve an issue?

When asked why my building I rebuilt and objects changed in world magically 'rewound' back to their previous state when i logged back into sl, i was told:

"Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry. To resolve this issue you must call our
office"



Why? What`s different about this issue that it cant be answered in email?

I don't know who told you this--I do know for some security-sensitive issues, it's safer to provide certain info over the phone than via cleartext in email. I suppose to find out, you could email--or more directly, call back as to inquire why. Best of hope.
