Sorry it this Question were asked before. I tryed to find a thread about this but i found nothing.
The Question is - is it possible to log the ingame Chats (public and/or private) to one or several logfiles? If yes - how? If not - why not? Is it planed to be build in?
I was looking in the FAQ the Wiki and here in the Forums, but i found no answer.

Hi Sharra, happy you already looked. A way to automatically log your Second Life chats doesn't currently exist. However, what is commonly done is: copying-and-pasting the chat into a notecard, or external program like a word processor. You may also be interested in voting for a feature proposal like: http://secondlife.com/vote/vote.php?get_id=769and I do agree it'd be really handy. We do have an open project which dovetails into that, but I don't have an ETA of when it wiIll happen. I get in so many conversations, and it'd difficult to keep track of all that info!
