Hey i was sent an notecard application for a job in secondlife and i filled it out but how do i send it back to the owner?? any ideas would greatly help me

You should be able to see the creator of the notecard by right clicking on the notecard item in your inventory and choosing Properties.
Once you know the creator you can use Find -> People to search for them. Make sure the 'online' checkbox is not checked incase they aren't online. Once you find them you can drag the completed application from your inventory onto their profile. If they are not online they will receive it when they next log in.
