Ever since the grid was updated/went back online, I can't seem to log in. I either get the "despite our best efforts" thing, or it just crashes after about 5 minutes of attempting to log in.
I have the new viewer, and my internet connection's just fine.
I see a number of other people having this same issue. What's up with this? Status says the grid's up, so why can't we log in?

Sorry! There were login problems earlier, which should be smoother like butter now.
