Feature Proposal doesn't work for me

I went through the motions of creating a feature proposal, and it appeared to work, but when I click My Proposals, I get a message that says I have no active proposals.

I've tried it several times, same result each time.

Hi One. There's a current bug involving double quotation marks (" in Feature Proposal Descriptions. Submitting such a proposal will result in a blank page and it won't appear in My Proposals.
