TELEPORT sound is part of UI volume

In PREFERENCES / AUDIO, I notice that the TELEPORT sound is linked to the UI VOLUME setting. It seems to me that the TELEPORT sound is not part of the UI, but the world. Perhaps the TELEPORT sound should be linked to a new volume slider called WORLD SOUNDS or should just be included as part of SYSTEM SOUNDS and not be linked to UI VOLUME.

The other reasoning I heard for this is that the teleport sound doesn't happen unless in response to clicking on the teleport button, so it's actually connected to the UI this way. :)

Something I brought up awhile ago is that creating a new object makes that "earthshaking" whoosh--but it's not affected by the UI volume slider.

Perhaps if there's enough demand for this, a la Feature Voting Tool, it could be considered, but in any case, it's a good observation.
