Parcel vs Estate banlists

Well, it's great to see that parcel banlists have been extended to 300, that measure should keep people happy for a long time, at least until those fill up.

Now what about estate banlists? I'm an estate manager for 2 estates, totalling 8 sims, all linked together (FurNation) and we get attacked by griefer groups several times daily, and while LL employees are a great help (Big thank you to cyn, kenny, and micheal linden) responding quickly and terminating accounts causing trouble.

It would be nice to have a similar increase to the estate banlists, surely it can't take much coding to change 63 to 500, 63 seems like an arbitrary number?
