How many Islands are offline for hours today? I know of Oz, and the one where I "live", Shrouded Isle... How many others are there just going down and staying down?

Is this a widespread problem that we are not hearing more about, or is it isolated and just especially frustrating for only a few of us?

For those of us that this is happening to, can you give us any information about the cause?
