Use of C# to access and recover data from the SL website? (Coding question)

Long and short of it, we have run into a wierd issue with connecting to the SL website, and would like to have a long, painful, terrifying discussion with your webtech! While we have figure out how to login to the SL forums, we still cannot connect to the account sections.

Several of us are trying to make things like web gadgets and such that tie into SL, but the current system seems to kill that idea.

As to the question of who would be in pain and terrified, I'm not sure... Probably everyone involved if my past programming experience is ANY indication!
