First and formost I want to apologize to Torley as she is making a very decent attempt to answer most of our concerns.

I am not intenting to attack the Lindens as I love the game which is why I pay as much as I do for it. Its the basic principle of getting what you pay for. However also try to understand that some of us don't have big fancy jobs or even 2 income households.

I want to ask this simple question....

If you were in a fancy restaurant paying a good deal of money for your food and had to wait an extended period of time to get your food as well as it coming back to you burnt are you gonna want to eat it and pay for it without complaint? Not to mention are you even going to want to eat there again if you don't complain?

I'm just saying for some of us making money in real life is not easy and some of us don't make a lot to just waste on inferior services. I will be checking into the compensation but most of all I'm just praying we can get through this and it not come to be more problems so we can all enjoy our SL better and get what we deserve.

I also want to let you know Second Life is back open--logins will be slow but hope you can get in soon--I'd better not delay saying that... it'd be ironic. :)

We have reopened the Second Life login to all Residents. I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused to everyone unable to log in. Please note that login may be slow while everyone attempts to login at once.

We are still having login trouble on the Second Life web site, which we are currently working on. As soon as we have any further information on this trouble, we will be sure to post it here.

Thank you all for your continuing patience during the database issues we experienced today.
