Isn't it obvious people are unhappy with not only the product, but also the customer support? People do not like the blog, yet you still use it and do not want to change it. This is one of many things I could comment on. I want to see Second Life grow, but still be under control and still have it be usable. Please, change something.

Edit: I believe I read somewhere Philip was talking about a Leonardo painting. He said that if Leonardo had listened to the people critiquing the Mona Lisa, it would not be the masterpiece it is today. Was he saying that LL is Leonardo and we are the critiquers?
