I decided to take a visit to SLExchange.com and found something interesting. Something called SecondLife Godmode caught my eye. Originally I thought it was some kind of shield or weapon, but after reading the description I learned it was a hack that supposidly unlocks hidden debug features. Now obviously since its a hack I question its legality since I don't wanna buy it and end up with a suspended account for using an unothorized client. In the description the author claims to have contacted LL about this hack and claims since it does not affect anything server sided like giving Linden powers over the grid its legal, wich is a claim I question. Can we have a little feedback regarding this hack?

From the description, this software utility isn't a duplication of the 'god-mode' tools that Linden employees use for various grid management tasks. It's not clear from the description who the creator spoke with at Linden Lab, so I can't verify that claim (it wasn't me). It doesn't sound like there are any problems, but if you're still concerned, you can suggest to the creator that he check in with me and I can verify that we approved the software.
