Getting banned for something as little as.....

Is it possilble to get banned for not returning anything that was transferd over to you as a gift? Money, objects, etc.

For examply. An X wants all the gifts she/he gave to you during the time together. You do not want to give those back because they are yours. Is it possible to get banned for that. There was no trickery. You and the other person had a legit relastionship.

An answer to my question would be greatly apprecaited.
