Downgrade and Billing

My bill date is tomorrow, I just made an attempt to downgrade my account and it says "Downgrading".. Will I be billed tomorrow?

I simiply forgot to downgrade earlier and I no longer own land, therefore no reason for premium..

Hi Donald--it's several days later now and you likely know the answer, but future reference, this is something best verified with our Billing Dept. @ Support. :)
