Which hardware manufacturer's equipment failed?

A lot of us would like to know which hardware manufacturer's equipment failed causing Linden Lab to take the grid down for a prolonged period - and what form the failure took.

Can you shed any light on this?

I know you'd like to know, but it's our policy not to point fingers or attach blame. The good news is they were extremely responsive, helped us out in the middle of the night, and came through when we needed them.
