There was talk in the blog that we were to recieve credit for SL being down for the 24 hours,( of course i cant even find the darn link to do cuz the blog is all over the place) but I'm sure Torley quoted somewhere on a linked website #6 says we *may* recieve credit for downtime.
When?
and WHO will get credit? (Sim owners? etc)

The recent downtimes, as harsh and sucky as they were, didn't extend to meet the criteria of our billing policy:
