I have got a sell yesterday of 870L from DarkWolf Vesperia. I get the money alright, and the History in SL recorded so. But it do not appear in the Transaction History in the website. I am wondering if there is a bug in the system? Or that lost transaction history is dued to website down time?

Also, would it be possible to add a dropdown menu in the Transaction History page for Today and Yesterday transaction? And maybe another for Last 7 Days? That would make things lots easier.

Thank :)

Transactions page - impossible to verify payments
06-28-2006 04:41
My transactions page is not displaying any transactions after 2:10pm yesterday.

I tried to view all of yesterday's transactions, but I can only see up to about 2:10pm SL time. Furthermore, I see no transactions for today. At first I thought the problem was the 500 item limit, but upon downloading the data to Excel (the problem exists both on the website and the Excel download) I see that it ends after 354 records and I can see the full history for the 26th.

Transaction History Bugged?
06-28-2006 04:41
The last entry that I can pull up is for 2006-06-27 14:06:51 and that is just unacceptable. What is going on LL? I know this is going to sound snarky, but, is anyone home and paying attention? Why not let us know that you have a problem, once again?

Fix the Transaction History ASAP!!

This is like trying to fly blind! Anyone who buys stuff from me needs to show up in my transaction history to get full service. I'm not the only person relying on my transaction history. I also give daily updates to my employees.

Every time changes are made to this section of your site there is no warning at all, and every single time I wind up scrambling to update the format of my database. Now, I wondering if I even have all my information!?

If it helps anyone, I can still go into my client menu and pull the information out of there, but that is about the most inefficient way of doing it.

I'm seeing more transactions from yesterday but still not complete details. Can we have an acknowledgement and possibly an ETA?

rusty!

PS. Thank you to whoever added the transaction id! It's great!

Transaction history on web site sorted the wrong way
06-28-2006 16:02
On https://secondlife.com/account/transactions.php it says:
From: someone
The following list shows up to 500 of the most recent transactions for the date range between 2006-06-28 and 2006-06-28. For a complete list of transactions for this duration, download the XLS file.

This is not correct. This page USED to show the 500 most recent transactions. It now shows the first 500 transactions of the day after the new change.

Please change it back to show the 500 most recent transactions, or the page is utterly useless for ppl with thousands of transactions per day. The way it is now, I have to download the entire transaction history to check on a recent purchase. For me it doesn't show transactions that occured after 3.58 am.

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. The delay in getting transaction updates was because we pull the transaction data from a slave database that had some recent (unrelated) trouble. It was recovered, but it takes it a while to catch back up to production. The data itself was not lost, it just took it longer to make it onto the website.

As far as showing the first 500 txns instead of the most recent 500, I'll be back in that code shortly and I'll take a look at that. I didn't change the order-by part of the code, but it's plausable that some of my other changes had that as an unintended side effect.

You're welcome. It seemed like if we were going to allow downloads that overlapped, it made sense to add some unique identifier so that you could cull out duplicates.
