Hi i started 4 days ago, I play daily creating items but i can't make money well b/c i can't sell anything in the sandbox so what if we set up a huge sand box where we frop down small building not houses and put items up for sale. I would like this b/c most basic account players don't have enough money to even rent a house, so we can't sell anything, I also think if this is made you should charge 50-100l a week, but that is up to you.

Thanks for listening,

I mused about this earlier, Mallind--and infact, even did a discreet test as a joke! But, "discretion" was not the mot du jour, with word of mouth being spread, and as you can imagine, it ended up being extremely popular and stuffed to the gills.

So, a "Merchants Sandbox" doesn't sound like the most practical thing for Lindens to do, considering the work involved, but I think there are still ways to go about it: perhaps an enterprising Resident could come up with a desert theme, like Bedouins or somesuch thing!

BTW, it's not so dry, there are people who will offer you free rental space to help you get started. I know some great content creators who started Basic, were helped out by friends, then went Premium later, and evolved to owning... an entire island. It's been amazing seeing the growth.

Maybe you'd like to look in the Classifieds too and ask for help?
