Max Prim for Attachments

Is there an policy that says what the maximum number of prims an Attachment can use? A friend was told that 50 was the max to legally be used, but I cant find a policy that says that anywhere. If you could clear up that for me, and if so point me to the policy if it exists, I will be forever grateful.

Max prims (primitive building blocks) in a linked object is 255.

You can attach any object to your avatar.

Therefore, the max prims for a single attachment is 255.
