My birthdate was changed wrong

I was sent back to teen grid when I was a minor on the adult grid.
They changed my birhtdya (I told them what mine was), but they put the wrong month!

I turned 18 today. So I should be able to return to the Adult grid. How would I go about proving my age and getting my brithday set to what it really is and not what they put it as?
