Are there any maximum service levels that SL aspires to?

Do you ever get tired of petty people demanding compensation everytime the grid has to worked on? Do you ever feel like smacking them with a book (you might have to explain to some of them what it is first)?

I mean seriously, SL has like a 95-98% uptime percentage. Considering it's basically betaware still and unlike most other services (cable, internet, electricity, movie theaters, etc) it gives its users the direct power to crash the whole bloody thing in the hopes that they'll do something wonderful with it instead. I think that's pretty damn good, considering.

So, do you ever feel like telling some people to grow up and get a First Life?
