I'm sure it's more involved than just "banning camping," but if LL were to come out clearly with a statement that they're for or against it, instead of the shifting we've dealt with since dwell and DI and traffic and now Popular Places, it would go a long way towards dissuading other casino/club/store owners from implementing a system that taxes residents, bandwith and SL itself.
