my husband put in the correct info for his secret question but it says it is incorrect we know for a fact the answer to the question but it is not working

I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble resetting your password yesterday. Last night and this afternoon, the web team has been working to add additional options for resetting your password on the website. These changes are especially helpful if you a) don’t have access to the email address on file with us (or the address doesn’t exist), or b) can’t remember the answer to your security question.
