Hello there...
Due to unforeseen circumstances i have decided to create another second life character, but only have one credit card. When I entered new character name/details etc, the system initially told me that a secondlife character already existed under that card (my current character), so an additional $9.99 will be charged to set up another one... ok... no problem... that's fine.
However, when i tried to log on with my new character, i get rejection messages, so i tried again and again to set up a new character, but the system just won't let me do it.
I keep getting returned to the credit card entry page, with a message saying that my credit card details are wrong... but they're not.
What's the deal??? why is it so hard to create another character on one credit card??? or am i missing something???
The fact that i can't create another character is really doing my head in.

Jimmy, the current limit is 2 accounts/billing method like credit card, and it should have given you a clearer error message of that. Sorry it's proven so difficult. While I can't check what's going on from here, please email [email]billing@secondlife.com[/email] or call support for help!
