Quicktime Wont Work!

Hello,
I try to play a movie in ANY parcel but this is what happens.
I hit the play button it stays black for around 10 seconds.
It then comes to a huge Q white a white background and the loading bar below.
The loading bar then freezes.
I have no idea what to do. I would love it if anyone could tell me whats wrong!

Please make sure you have the most recent Quicktime installed on your machine and that you can watch QT movies from your desktop. If that isn't the problem drop me a line at [email]Blue@lindenlab.com[/email] and I'll see what I can do
