Econ stats

First of all, I do want to thank LL for finally publicizing some of these stats that we've all been wondering about.

I was hoping, however that we could get a GDP and GDP per capita for SL. A growth rate in those numbers would be fantastic too. I see the breakdown of transactions which is *thumbs up* very very cool, but it doesn't tell us what the total amount of purchases is. (Unless i'm missing it because I haven't had my coffee yet this morning!)

Any way to get those numbers, even on a monthly basis?
