I've been looking in the Events for a educational session or for a mentor to help me learn the ins and outs of buying/selling land. Anyone have any info or tips?

Also make the property look more attractive to the buyer than when you bought it. Try to disguise the white stuff on the ground with grass prims. And have one of those huge nasty rotating "FOR SALE!!!" cubes that lights up at night.

And make sure you do not put a picture of the land in the sell listing. This is a requirement.

I run these classes 1-3 times per week. Last week, I ran three sessions. This week I haven't been able to, due to RL commitments.

I hope to run at least 1 event next week.
