Transfer issues

When i fist joined with my free account I was given good ratings and i refered people to join the SL community, They entered me for referal and I have been on this game for 5 or 6 days and I have not recieved anything but a 50 dollar allowence that is std
plus I payed with my credit card, 5 dollars US currency to buy L$'s and have not recieved them for over 4 hours I have loged in 4 times since I purchased L$'s
So I have not seen any income except the allowence (50L$), I understand this is a Beta version And Im wondering when and IF the economy transfer system is fixed will I get what I payed for, or will it be disreguarded when upgrading. I am very serious about loosing actual money with no desired effect to my L$ balance.

when you first go enter the forum, at the top there is a Hotline to Linden Area, your post maybe best answered up there by one of the staff member. It sounds like a technical thing they need to address for you.

I understand that referral bonus is no longer paid immediately, but in a series of later instalments. As usual, an unfortunate consequence of people abusing the system. Presumably by getting referral money on superfluous accounts which were then terminated asap.

With regard to Lindex currency, I dunno. It is beta still I guess, but I don't see lots of others posting with this problem, and they are turning over 2-3 million lindens per day. Gom averaged about 2.5, interestingly enough.

Where did you attempt to purchase L$? Looking at your account, you've never been billed by LL for anything, and there's no record of a purchase on LindeX. Did you use one of the other L$ exchanges?
