I unfortunately have to tier down and I have a large chunk of land I was considering selling for 30k or possibly auctioning it off.
Roughly 5400m2 located on a class2 server so you know its not sharing resources with another sim.
Zero lag.
beach front property
surrounded by linden waterways
linden road passes through center of the sim
98% residential (2 stores in the whole sim, no sound spam from either nor lag causing vendors)
NO IMPEACH BUSH SIGNS
friendly neighbors.
NO ANSHE LAND
Personally I think this is a rare find and is prime realistate, but I'm curious to what I'd be better off doing: auction or sale? Any opinions?
EDIT: just relized the topic is a bit misleading so I changed it to be more specific
