The Transactions History Page on the website is a great idea. It allows me to view debits and credits to my SL account without having to log into SL. I also really like the idea that I can download the list of transactions as an excel spreadsheet.
Now, here's what I want to ask for: It is possible to view the transactions with a time frame filter instead of the default 1 day's worth of transactions? It is VERY inconvenient to view transactions day by day, even worse is downloading the excel spreadsheets for every single day and then trying to combine them into a monthly statement.
If Linden labs just does not want to deal with the really long transactions pages a monthly statement would create, perhaps they can at least have a link that can be clicked to download an entire month's worth of transactions? If LL does not want to make this type of avail at all times, perhaps at the end of 30 days they can generate an Excel spreadsheet (or PDF file) and send it out to member's e mail address (only the ones that specifically OPT IN)? Is that a sensible request? That way merchants have a way to manage their finances.
The other question I have is, why can't we get more than roughly 30 days worth of transactions? Are these records thrown away by the system? Or are they archived and not readily available.
I think better financial management tools either online or for download is essential for SL if SL is to be taken seriously as a gaming investment evironment.
Has anyone proposed a Feature Request for this already?
Thanks for listening.

I like that idea. With the dynamic and real economy in SL, it would be great if it did have the feature you suggest.

I agree Troy.
I would love to be able to plug in a set of dates, months or even times on our transactions page and be able to find out what the financial numbers were for those criteria entered.
Varying graphs depicting a picture as to the ebbs and flows of our earnings history would also be invaluable.
Hopefully, the Lindens get to see this and comment. Chances are that it will just get lost in the sea of threads on this forum.
May I suggest that you post this in the Second Life Answers forum in an effort to guarantee that a Linden will see it.

Fix what's broken first!

I would be happy if they just fixed it so the page would load when you have many trasactions in a day. Right now if you have to many transactions you can't see ANY of them!
