I've seen a few mentions, in topics about other things, that the Lindens are getting rid of the dwell incentive/bonus. Does anyone have a link to more information?

I don't think they're phasing out dwell but just the developer's incentive..someone correct me if I'm wrong...here is a link to the announcement about the DI.
