Would LL's exchange of L$ for RL$ be considered a sale by the US's fiscal administration ? If so I guess all exchanges would bear the added cost of sales tax. Anyone has a clue to share about this ?

[Edit]
Also, some might consider that LL's transfer of the buyers' money to the sellers' could be considered an employee's wage. In a sense, some content producer making money off of inworld sales would look like, to the external eye, like someone employed by LL to enrich the content of the virtual world that they sell subscriptions to.

It's an issue, but they're only transfering money to IGE/GOM/AC so their headache is small.
